Five-axis servo type multi-functional dental floss machine，suitable for 35T-60T vertical injection molding machines, with the mould cavities from 16-32. It is designed for polymer and PTFE flosses, and there are different models for producing single and double floss sticks. Functions such as flavoring, straight line, stacking and bagging are available.

 Mould cavity count, which can be arranged according to the size of the product, and 16~32 cavities are provided to improve the production efficiency.

 Stacking count: the number of floss stick per pouch can be set, from 25 to100 pieces, which is convenient for order production.

 Servo type design is used for pouch picking and filling, and the size of the pouch can be changed with the adjustment of the number of floss stick per pouch.
